Vaghareli Rotli | Leftover Roti Snack Recipe

Roti - 4 - 5,
Oil - 1 1 /2 tbsp,
Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp,
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp,
Turmeric powder -  1/8 -1/4 tsp,
Salt - to taste,
Red chilli powder - 1/8tsp, (optional)
Sugar - 2  pinch (optional).

Cut roti into pieces as per desire shape.

In a pan heat oil over medium flame. Add mustard seeds followed with cumin seeds, asafetida, turmeric powder, roti pieces and salt.

Mix well. Cook and stir for 4 - 5 minutes over medium to medium low heat. Turn off the flame.

Now add red cilli powder and sugar. Mix well. Serve warm with tea.

Red chilli powder and sugar can be omitted.
Adjust amount of ingredients as per taste.
This is good option for breakfast as well as evening snack with tea.
