How to make Handva batter at home

Ingredients (For 6 servings)
Rice - 1 1/4 cup,
Split green gram (mung dal) -1/4 cup,
Split Bengal gram (chana dal) - 1/2 cup,
Split black lentils (urad dal) - 1/4 cup,
Dry fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp
Split pigeon peas (tur dal) - 1/4 cup.

Wash & soak rice and all dals/lentils for 6-8 hours. Drain water. Grind it in food processor or mixer jar using curd and enough water. Grind well until it get little thick and grainy consistency. Let it ferment overnight.
