Ingredients (For 6 servings)
Rice - 3/4 cup,
Split green gram (mung dal) - 2 tbsp,
Split Bengal gram (chana dal) - 2 tbsp,
Split black lentils (urad dal) - 2 tbsp,
Split pigeon peas (tur dal) - 2 tbsp.
Wash & soak rice and all dals/lentils for 6-8 hours. Drain water. Grind it in food processor or mixer jar using curd and enough water. Grind well until it get little thick and grainy consistency. Let it ferment overnight.
