Ingredients
1 - Lemon Jaggery Sharbat
Water - 1 cup,
Jaggery syrup - 2 tbsp, For homemade jaggery syrup recipe CLICK HERE.
Black salt - 1/4 tsp,
Salt - to taste,
Roasted cumin powder- 1/4 tsp,
Lemon juice - 1 tsp,
Dry ginger powder - pinch,
Black pepper powder - 1/8 tsp.
2 - Fennel Seeds Jaggery Sharbat
Water - 1 cup,
Jaggery syrup - 2 tbsp, For homemade jaggery syrup recipe CLICK HERE.
Fennel seed powder - 2 tsp,
Green cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
3 - Kesar - Meva Jaggery Sharbat
Water(chilled) - 1 cup,
Jaggery syrup - 2 tbsp, For homemade jaggery syrup recipe CLICK HERE.
Saffron - 12 - 15 strands,
Green cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
Nutmeg powder - pinch,
Slivered almond - 1/2 tsp,
Slivered pistachio - 1/2 tsp.
Method
1 Lemon Jaggery Sharbat
In a mixing bowl, add water followed with jaggery syrup, black salt, salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, dry ginger powder, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
Mix well. Let it set for 5 - 10 minutes in refrigerator. Serve chill.
2 Fennel Seeds Jaggery Sharbat
In a mixing bowl, add water followed with jaggery syrup, fennel seed powder, cardamom powder and whole fennel seed.
Mix well. Let it set for 5 - 10 minutes in refrigerator. Serve chill.
3 Meva - Jaggery Sharbat
In a mixing bowl, add water followed with jaggery syrup, saffron, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, slivered almond and slivered pistachio.
Mix well. Let it set for 5 - 10 minutes in refrigerator. Serve chill.
Notes
Adjust amount of ingredients as per taste.
Add 1/2 tsp of chia seed in any sharbat, if preferable.
