Ingredients (Makes - 4)

Wheat flour - 1 cup,
Peanut oil - 2 tsp,
Salt - as per taste,
Warm water - 1/2 cup or as per need.
For Stuffing
Grated indian cottage cheese - 1 cup,
Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/2 up,
Finely chopped onion - 1/4 cup,
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 - 2 tbsp,
Green chilli paste - 1 tsp,
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp,
Salt - as per taste,
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp,
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp,
Dry mango powder - 1/8 tsp.

Method
For Dough
Now gradually add warm water and form into semi soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
For Stuffing
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
For Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, add grated indian cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, green chilli paste, ginger paste, garam masala, chaat masala, dry mango powder.
Process
Divide prepared dough and stuffing into 4 equal parts.
Take one dough ball and roll out into 4 inch round.
Place one part of stuffing in rolled round.
Take one dough ball and roll out into 4 inch round.
Place one part of stuffing in rolled round.
Roll into round with the help of rolling pin using dry flour as per below image.
Place rolled round on hot tawa. Let it cook over medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Now flip it using flat spatula.
Now apply clarified butter about 1/4 tsp all over and again flip.
Again apply 1/4 tsp clarified butter on flipped side.
Roast and flip couple of times till it gets golden brown spots on both the sides, as per given below image.
Repeat the process with remaining dough and stuffing. Take out in a plate and serve warm with yogurt or tea and pickle.
Notes
Adjust amount of ingredients as per taste.
Add carom seeds if prefers.
Dry mango powder can be replaced with lemon juice.
Use home made paneer for good taste and health.
Clarified butter can be replaced with oil.

Place rolled round on hot tawa. Let it cook over medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Now flip it using flat spatula.
Now apply clarified butter about 1/4 tsp all over and again flip.
Again apply 1/4 tsp clarified butter on flipped side.
