Mawa cake ...100% Vegetarian...

Ingredients
Unsalted butter - 1/3 cup,                         
Condensed milk - 1 cup,                           
Milk - 1 cup,                                               
All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup,                   
Baking soda - 3/4 tsp,                               
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp,                       
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp,                       
Vinegar - 2 tsp,                                           
Milk powder - 2 tbsp,                                 
Corn flour - 2 tbsp,                                     
Mawa - 1/2 cup or 65 gram,   For homemade mawa recipe, click Here.                    
Slivered almond &pistachio - 2 tbsp,         
Butter - 1 tsp(to grease a tray).



Method
In a mixing bowl, add butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Whip for few seconds.


Now add milk and mix well.


Sift in all purpose flour followed by baking soda, baking powder, milk powder and corn flour into wet milk mix.



Whip well using whisker or electric whipper.


Add mawa and mix well.


Add vinegar and mix well.


Transfer better into a greased baking pan.


Sprinkle slivered almond and pistachio on top.


Bake into preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.


Take out from the oven. Cake is done when pricked knife comes clear.



Take out cake from pan after few minutes.



Notes
Vanilla essence can be skipped.
I have used 8" * 8"  baking pan.
Pinch of salt can be added.
1/2 tsp of cardamom powder can be replaced with vanilla extract.
Oven temperature may vary for different made/types of oven, so keep eye on it while baking.
