Keri No Ras | Aamras | Mango Pulp | કેરીનો રસ

Mango - 2,
Water - 1/2 cup,
Sugar / Honey - 2 tbsp,
Mango pieces (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp.

Wash and dry ripe mango well. Peel off the skin using peeler or knife.

Cut into pieces and remove seed. Cut small pieces about 2 tbsp and reserve for garnishing.

In a bowl add mango pieces, sugar/honey and water.

Blend it using hand blender or mixer grinder till it gets smooth and well grind.

Sieve pulp to remove fiber, if any. Add finely chopped mango pieces. Chill in refrigerator and serve with your meal.

Water can be replaced by milk.
Process of sieving the pulp is optional.
Adjust the amount of water and sugar / honey as per taste.
Add Pinch of dry ginger powder for taste and better digestion.
Add a teaspoon of ghee on top if preferable.
