Mango - 1,
Water - 1/4 cup,
Sugar / Honey - 2 tbsp,
Mango pieces (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp.
Wash, dry and peel mango.
In a bowl add mango pieces, sugar/honey and water.
Blend it using hand blender or mixer grinder.
Sieve pulp to remove threads if any. Add finely chopped mango pieces. Chill in refrigerator and serve with your meal.
Water can be replaced by milk.
Sieve the pulp is optional.
Adjust the amount of water and sugar / honey as per taste.
