Coriander ( Cilantro ) - 2 bunch,
Mint leaves - 2 bunch,
Green chilli - 3-4,
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp,
Salt - to taste,
Lemon - 1,
Black salt - 1/2 tsp,
Water - 3-4 tbsp.
Wash & roughly chop coriander, mint leaves and green chillies. In a bowl, add chopped coriander, green chilli, mint leaves, ginger paste, salt, black salt and water.
Fill chutney in ice tray, cover with plastic wrap and keep it in freezer until froze.
Adjust amount of water according to desire thickness, don't make it watery.
Amount of all ingredients may vary as per taste.
Add Garlic and peanuts if you wish.
