Organic Strawberry Jam, A delicious fruit spread

Strawberries (chopped) - 2 cup,
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup.

Wash and dry strawberries. Remove green top and chop finely.

In a pan add chopped strawberries and brown sugar. Mix well. Let it cook covered for 10-12 minutes in medium heat until strawberries looks soft and mushy. Make sure to stir in between.

Mash with potato masher. Cook uncovered in low flame until dropping consistency. Jam will become thicker once cool down.

Let it cool down completely. Store in airtight glass container in refrigerator upto 15 days.

Brown sugar can be replaced by white sugar for brighter color.
Adjust sugar quantity according to taste.
