Warm milk - 1 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp for brushing,
Yeast - 2 tsp,
Milk powder - 1 1/3 tbsp,
Salt - 3/4 tsp/to taste,
All purpose flour - 2 cup,
Sugar - 2 tsp,
Butter (melted) - 3 tbsp for dough + 1 tbsp for rest of the process.
Add warm milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
Omit milk powder if you wish to.
Warm water can be used instead of warm milk.
Butter can be replaced by olive oil.
Make them according to desire size and shape.
I am using instant dry yeast and unbleached all purpose flour.
