Paan Mukhwas, A Mouth Freshner

Paan leaf(betel): 4-5 pieces,
Gulkand(rose petal jam): 1/4 cup,
Fennel seeds: 1/4 cup,
Roasted coriander seeds(dhana dal): 1/4 cup,
Fresh shredded coconut: 1 1/2 tbsp,
Finely chopped dates: 1/4 cup,
Saffron: one pinch,
Cardamom powder: 1/8 tsp.

Wash the paan leaves and dry them out completely, Then chop into fine pieces. Add all the ingredients into the bowl & mix well.

You can add tutti frutti(candied papaya)instead of dates.
Adjust any ingredient according to your test.
Keep in a airtight container and store into refrigerator up to 5-6 days.
Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder for chocolate flavor mukhwas.
