Green Guacamole, An avocado based dip

Ingredients
Spring onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup,
Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp,
Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp,
Coriander (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup,
Green garlic (finely chopped) - 1 1/2 tbsp,
Lemon - half,
Avocado - one,
Salt - to taste,
Black paper - 1/2 tsp,
Sugar - pinch.

Method
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, twist to separate half and remove seed using knife.

Now cut avocado from inside only, not skin.

With a spoon, scoop it out in a mixing bowl and squeeze half lemon on it and mix well.

Using fork or potato masher, mash it until desire consistency. Add rest of the ingredients and mix gently.

Notes
Add finely chopped deseeded tomato, if you wish to.
The amount of any ingredients can be increased or decreased.
I prefer Serrano peppers for less heat, can be replaced by jalapeno peppers for more heat.
Regular onion, garlic cloves or garlic powder works as good as green onion and garlic.
Add little olive oil to give it desire smoothness.
Serve fresh with tortilla chips or any chips.
I have used all organic ingredients.
